Modern Day Architecture is a series inspired by my fascination with monumental city buildings and my desire to capture their presence as the urban landscape continues to change. To create each photograph, I research the building’s history, walk through its neighborhood, and return many times, waiting for the right light and mood to come together. Building on my earlier black-and-white work, this series uses color to explore atmosphere, reflection, and abstraction. By shooting from unexpected angles and focusing on patterns, spirals, and shifting light, I aim to show familiar buildings in a new and surprising way.
